Dr. Nicole Miller joined Hawai'i Pacific Å·ÃÀAƬ as an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy in 2024. Before this, she was an assistant professor at the Å·ÃÀAƬ of St. Augustine for Health Sciences from 2017 to 2024, having been a contributing faculty member there since 2012. Dr. Miller graduated from Chapman Å·ÃÀAƬ with her Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has worked as a physical therapist in the outpatient orthopedic setting since 2007. She completed an orthopedic residency at Rancho Physical Therapy in 2008. In 2009 she became board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) re-certification in 2019. Her interests include functional biomechanics of the lower quarter, and she ran a clinical-based biomechanics laboratory for 5 years. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Health Sciences.
