Jillian Steinat - Multimedia Analyst II
Jill is the newest member of the Multimedia Team. Prior to moving to Hawaii in 2021, she grew up in Denver, Colorado. Her interests are in graphic design and event management.
Kornel Peter Osztrovics - System Administrator
Kornel arrived from Hungary six months ago. He has worked in Information Technology (IT) for 25 years, most recently at a Hungarian publishing house and news portal called HVG Heti Vilaggazdasag (Weekly Word Economy).
Kornel describes his move to Hawai‘i as “a big challenge for my family”, whom he is very proud of.
In his free time, he likes to explore “this beautiful island.”
Back in Hungary, Kornel enjoyed cycling, but he has not found the time yet for this activity since moving to Hawai‘i.
Aloha to Alter Calubana
We also bid a fond farewell to Alter Calubana, Technical Analyst II, who will be moving on to another exciting chapter of his life.
Alter has been with ITS since September 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from HPU in December 2017, where he honed his technical skills and developed a strong foundation in computer science principles. As a local, born and raised in Hawai‘i, he is embarking on the next chapter of his life in Washington state, where he will be able to apply his expertise and continue to grow professionally.
